2001 FIELD DAY SITE
June 23 and 24
Directions:
From highway 101, take the Ventu Park off ramp south.  Proceed west on Lynn Road, past E. Kelly Rd. and Mapleleaf Ave., then another 0.4 mi. to La Cam Road, (as shown by the white dot on the map).  Note: It is a small road, poorly marked. There is a diamond-shaped horse-picture sign about 200 feet before the road, on the left, next to the new houses.  If you're coming from the west, it is just after Whitegate Rd. It is also 200 feet past a horse-picture sign next to the new houses, on the right.

Continue south 1/4 mile on La Cam  (past the new houses on the right),  to the stone piers with the metal gate. Travel about 3/4 mile up the hill on the paved road. Graded five acre sites are located on the south side of the road.

We will use these pads.  Mr. Byrd's residence is located on the lower pad to the right of the road at the top of the hill.  We wish to ensure Mr. Byrd is not disturbed and he has his privacy, so all are requested to keep a reasonable distance from his home.  Please do not walk on that pad. Many thanks and again, come and join in the Field Day.
