Setup for CVARC Field Day will begin at noon on Friday June 25th at the Lake Sherwood Development Co. field.
The driveway into the field is located at 378 W Potrero Road, Westlake Village. (34.139531, -118.881485) Our site is located on the south side of W. Potrero Road, between Trentwood Drive and Stafford Road.
To get there, take the Westlake Boulevard Exit off the Ventura Freeway and drive south, about 1.7 miles to the light at Potrero Road. Turn right on Potrero and our site is about 2 miles down the road on your left.
From the Newbury Park Area, take Reino Road south to W Potrero Road. Turn Left on Potrero. Our site will be about 5.3 miles down the road on your right.
Roger and Bill and I will be driving survey stakes with colorful ribbons and labeling them as “Phone Group,” “CW Group,” “Digital Group,” “T.O. Trailer” and so on. You may drive right up to your group’s spot, unload and setup. We’ll be locating the stakes far enough off the road to let you park at your group’s location without blocking the road.
Setup begins at Noon Friday. The actual Field Day operating event runs from 11:00 A.M. Saturday June 26th to 11:00 A.M. Sunday, June 27th. Breakdown and cleanup begins immediately thereafter.
